We value our customer’s satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your purchase from us. We take great care in verifying that the products we send to you are in perfect condition before they are shipped.  If you receive an item and is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation.  While we do not offer refunds at this time, we understand that in some cases an exchange or refund is necessary, and the decision to do so is at our sole discretion.  We cannot be responsible for damaged products due to shipment, and in such case ask you to contact Canada Post directly to report and rectify damages.  Please note swimwear is final sale, without exception, due to health regulations.

GST is applicable on all sales within Canada. HST and PST vary by province and will be calculated at time of order, once the shipping address has be inputed.  Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Currently, we ship within Canada only, via Canada Post. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for further information.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.  If you have ordered something by mistake, please email us immediately and we will do our best to have your order cancelled. However, due to unforseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order in time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, Canada Post will automatically generate a tracking number that will be emailed to you.  If you have not received it, check your junk mail folder for an email from donotreply@canadapost.postescanada.ca.

Shipping costs are based on real time calculations by Canada Post at time of order.  You will have the option to choose Regular shipping, Xpresspost when you are in a hurry, or Priority shipping when you need it now.  Costs are determined by size, weight and destination, once the shipping address has been entered at checkout.   Since we are a Canadian company, shipping to Canadian addresses, there are no exchange rates or duties! To determine approximate costs for shipment to your address, please refer to Canada Posts shipping calculator.  Please note that these are approximates only and actual shipping costs will be that as determined by Canada Post, at checkout on our site.

We will do our best to have your order processed in 3-5 business days.  Once your order is shipped it should arrive within 2-10 business days depending on location and shipping level chosen (Regular, Xpresspost, or Priority).  Since we are not in control of possible delays with Canada Post, we cannot guarantee the actual time it will take for your package to be delivered. Once your parcel has shipped through Canada Post, any shipping delay queries will need to be placed with them, as we will be unable to answer them for you.  If your package is returned due to an address error on our part, we will contact you and re-ship with address correction.  If your package is returned undeliverable due to an error on your part, we will contact you and you will be re-charged for shipping (please double-check shipping address entered).  If your package is received damaged, or has been shipped but not delivered, you will need to contact Canada Post to have the situation rectified.  Once a package leaves our site any shipping issues are out of our hands and beyond our control.  Thank you for your understanding.  For further information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
